What if supporting your health didn’t mean doing more…but learning simpler, cleaner, more natural ways to care for your body and mind?
Join us at The Loft for a cozy and empowering class exploring how everyday choices can gently support brain health, digestion, mood, and sleep... naturally.
Inside this experience, you’ll discover how to:
🌿 Reduce everyday toxins without overwhelm
🌿 Support your body and nervous system with essential oils
🌿 Make simple, meaningful swaps that truly make a difference
🌿 Understand gut health and its powerful connection to overall wellness
You’ll also learn about the fascinating gut–brain connection, including how much of the body’s serotonin is produced in the digestive system, and how serotonin helps create melatonin, the hormone responsible for deep, restorative sleep.
When we support the gut, we’re often supporting calm mood, emotional balance, and better sleep at the same time.

Join us for a gentle and immersive Shinrin-Yoku experience, he Japanese art of forest bathing, held in the peaceful beauty of Bose Park in Cloverdale, Surrey.
This guided ritual is designed to support brain health, emotional balance, and deep nervous system restoration through intentional connection with the natural world.
What You’ll Experience ⬇️
We will begin by gathering in the parking lot near the information sign at the park entrance, where you’ll be introduced to the science behind Shinrin-Yoku.
From there, we will walk slowly into the forest together and move through the three traditional phases of Shinrin-Yoku:
1️⃣ Crossing the Threshold — Leaving the Human World
In many Eastern traditions, stepping into nature is seen as passing through a living doorway—a return from the noise of the mind to the quiet intelligence of the earth.
2️⃣ Awakening the Senses — Communion with the Living World
As we move slowly and intentionally, attention shifts from thinking… to sensing.
This phase can:
🌿Lower stress hormones
🌿Calm the nervous system
🌿Support immune function
🌿Improve mood, clarity, and sleep
🌿Enhance overall brain and emotional health
Here, we experience not separation from nature, but belonging within it.
3️⃣ Receiving and Returning — Integration of the Quiet Mind
The final phase is not an ending, but a carrying forward.
In stillness, reflection, and shared tea, the body absorbs what the forest has offered:
Clarity… grounding… and deep calm.
Ancient Eastern philosophy teaches that true healing is not something we force, but something we allow.
This is not a hike... it is a slow, mindful immersion in nature, guided with intention and care.
🍵 Closing Tea Ritual + Take-Home Gift
To complete the experience, we will gather for a warm cup of nourishing tea in the forest, creating space for stillness, reflection, and gentle return.
🎁Each participant will also receive a Shinrin-Yoku gift to take home, so you can continue experiencing the calming and restorative benefits of this practice in your everyday life.
