Join us for a gentle and immersive Shinrin-Yoku experience, the Japanese art of forest bathing, held in the peaceful beauty of Bose Park in Cloverdale, Surrey. *** (Rain or Shine)

This guided ritual is designed to support brain health, emotional balance, and deep nervous system restoration through intentional connection with the natural world.

What You’ll Experience ⬇️

We will begin by gathering in the parking lot near the information sign at the park entrance, where you’ll be introduced to the science behind Shinrin-Yoku and how time in the forest can:

🌿Lower stress hormones

🌿Calm the nervous system

🌿Support immune function

🌿Improve mood, clarity, and sleep

🌿Enhance overall brain and emotional health

From there, we will walk slowly into the forest together and move through the three traditional phases of Shinrin-Yoku:

🌿 Reconnect with the senses

🌿 Integrate the experience

This is not a hike... it is a slow, mindful immersion in nature, guided with intention and care.
